Returns Policy
Your complete satisfaction is our Guarantee.
Goods must be returned in original condition including all packaging and labels still attached within 10 days of receipt.

We suggest that you use registered post or a guaranteed delivery service for all returns. All refunds will be given as soon as possible, and usually take the form of a refund transaction onto the card used for purchasing.

At the very latest we will return your money within 30 days of the original purchase. Depending on the circumstances we will refund the return postage, i.e., if the goods are faulty or damaged, however, in the case of incorrect ordering or exchanges the customer will be expected to pay the cost for returning the goods and the cost of shipping the replacement at our standard delivery charge.

Prices
The prices payable for the items that you order are clearly set out on the web site. All prices are expressed inclusive of any VAT where applicable unless otherwise stated.

The price of the item(s) does not include the delivery charge which will be charged at the rates applicable at the date you place your order.

Availability
We will endeavour to have those items that are available to buy on our site. Occasionally we may be unable to supply a particular item and we will notify you as soon as possible.
Where items are out of stock we will endeavour to remove them from the site as quickly as possible at busy times this is not always possible and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Please email or Telephone +44 (0) 17687 74600 us if any particular item is out of stock and we will endeavour to source it for you if this is possible and let you know the estimated delivery date.

Payment Method
We accept Mastercard, Visa and its derivatives (e.g. Delta), Switch, Solo

When placing an order, the address given must be the same as that registered with your credit card company. To process your order more efficiently, we also request a landline telephone number (not a mobile) to be used in case of query. Credit card payments are processed by Protx.

If there is a problem with your payment we will e-mail you as soon as we can, usually the same day.

Receipts & Bills
We will e-mail you confirming that we have received your order and again to notify you that your order has been despatched. You will receive a till receipt when the goods are delivered. Any mistakes in billing or receipts will be corrected as soon as possible.

Complaints & Faulty Goods
We will provide the option of a full refund, within a reasonable time, if the goods turn out to be faulty or different from those the consumer ordered. We will give all refunds as soon as possible. In some circumstances we may have to wait for third party confirmation that the goods are indeed faulty (in the return of a claimed leaky Waterproof Jacket for example).

Complaints will be dealt with fairly, confidentially and speedily. We will acknowledge the complaint within 3 working days and provide a likely timescale for resolving the dispute. We will keep you informed of what action we are taking.
